Property Grounds & Accessibility

Accessibility Notice

Please be advised that this home was originally built in the 1930s and may not meet current ADA accessibility standards. Entry to the property requires the use of three steps at both the front and rear entrances. Additionally, outdoor areas include uneven surfaces such as mulch, gravel, and a multi-level deck.

Guests with mobility limitations, wheelchairs, or strollers may find some areas of the property difficult to navigate. We recommend using extra care and ensuring appropriate supervision for children or anyone who may require assistance.

Pool Safety

To ensure safe and responsible use please be aware that: 

• There is no lifeguard on duty and swimming is at your own risk. 
• Diving is not permitted due to shallow water. 
• The elevated pool ledge is decorative; please avoid sitting, standing, or jumping from it. 
• Surfaces may become slippery when wet — please walk, don’t run.
  
  Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. The water is maintained and sanitized with chlorine.
  
  For everyone’s safety, we ask that children are supervised at all times.

Home Security/Safety & Technology

A Vivint alarm system is installed to help keep the home secure. Usage instructions are posted near the interior panel.

We ask that you:

• Lock all doors and windows whenever the property is unoccupied.
• For your safety, exterior security cameras monitor the front door and driveway. No cameras are present indoors. 
• A noise decibel device/monitor is on property. Please note, this device does not record nor does it have a camera capabilities.

In the event of an emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
